Borchester Land is a land development and real estate company featured in the long running British radio soap The Archers.

Borchester Land was first founded in 1997 in order to buy the Berrow Estate, with its shrewd chairman Matt Crawford hoping to build a leisure complex on the estate which received much objection from executive Brian Aldridge who was more of a farm man than his fellow board members. Luckily an accountant was able to prove Brian right when he revealed that maintaining the complex would prove too costly for the company.
Borchester Land owned 1,020 acres of Ambridge farmland, including much of Bridge Farm and Grange Farm, and many business units in what used to be Sawyer’s Farm.
